so i totally forgot to blog about saturday night.

started the night with helen, melissa, and grace by going downtown to red circle cafe for happy hour. six margaritas for four girls. pleeenty of happiness. red circle was a really cute spot too. great atmosphere, really nice servers. wouldn't mind going there again for drinks. and i'm 21!! it still amazes me. it's like the driver's license thing. i'd be driving along on the street when, randomly, i'd think, "i can't believe i have my license!!" amazing.

anyway. we all left red circle pretty damn buzzed. kind of wandered around downtown looking for something to eat because we were all starving. wound up at sammy's woodfired pizza. split a bunch of food. all of it was good. of course, i was so buzzed, i didn't care.

then we left and walked back towards red circle since the club, e street alley, was right next to it. i liked it. it was full, but not packed. pretty comfortable. had a few more drinks there. wheeee.... danced for a bit until sanaz, ben, mike, and jeremy met up with us. then danced some more. i had a lot of fun dancing. when was the last time i danced? i don't remember. so it's definitely been a while. (no, my birthday does not count. that wasn't dancing. that was like... rhythmic spazzing). helen and grace complained about the severe lack of cute guys at the club though. i must agree. it's too bad.

anyway, it was an awesome night. but it's sad that the first cute guy we saw all night was the security guard at the parking garage. i mean, really. but it was definitely fun drinking and dancing with my girls downtown. must do it again some time. of course, i say that now, and we never do. but still. it really would be nice to do it again.
