back in san diego.
had an amazing wonderful glorious spring break at home. didn't blog the whole week because the computer at home is beyond ancient and i just didn't want to be on it for too long. there's too much to recap (actually, there really isn't, i'm just too lazy), but, sufficed to say, spring break was good. :)
unfortunately, once i came back to san diego (yesterday evening), life immediately began to suck. my computer crashed. the lady i called at best buy was bitchy to me. and i had to wait until today to call hp to have them send me the windows setup cd because, for some reason, neither me nor my father could find it. it probably just didn't come with the computer. but that wouldn't make sense. i don't know. basically, i just had a huge freak out. i know i know, overreaction. i can't help it. but besides my computer crashing, there was jury duty to take care of and i still need to take my car in for a smog check.
and then there was class. i started the first day of my last quarter at ucsd today at 8 am. yuck. just my luck to have 8 ams during my last quarter. couldn't even get into my second class though because it was in price theatre which is in price center which was where john kerry decided to visit and hold a rally for over 2,000 people today. they blocked off all the entrances to price center with metal detectors or campus security and the lines to get in were long. plus, all bags had to be checked in. so even if i had waited in the long ass lines to get into price center, i wouldn't have my notebooks and pens with me. luckily, while i milled around trying to figure out what to do, i overheard some people saying the class was cancelled. i hope it was. because i didn't go. i'm pretty sure it was. i mean, it was crazy at price center. there were secret servicemen walking on the rooftops with very large guns. i didn't actually stay for the rally though. i would've had to wait for over an hour for it. and i don't like large crowds. so i decided just to go home and watch it on tv instead.
anyway, my life is so sad without my computer. and i wish i was still home. spring break was good.
