blah...just another day. my blogs are getting less and less interesting. maybe cuz i'm getting a little less motivated to blog everyday. anyway, let's see...what'd i do today? well, i got up and checked my email. got this email from a guy named mike who told me that i was on this san diego bloggers webpage. he's also on it and he was wondering how he ended up on it so he emailed me. and...i have absolutely no idea how either of us ended up on the page. i didn't even know there was a page like that, much less that i was even on it, till he emailed me. so that was...interesting.

la la la...then i took a shower, got ready for class, went to class, yada yada yada... after class, i went to my first experiment. it was called "chimeric faces." basically, they flashed pictures of misaligned faces (the top half and the bottom half would always be from different faces) in pairs on this computer screen. i was supposed to say if the top half of the faces looked like each other. they flashed the pictures really fast for like five minutes straight. and i did it twice. so i basically sat in front of a computer for ten minutes pressing "yes" or "no." it was actually kind of interesting. i caught myself messing up a few times though. like, i meant to press "yes" but i pressed "no" instead and vice versa. but...oh well. it only took twenty minutes (i had to answer a few questions about my right-handedness first) and i got an hour's worth of credit for it, so it's cool. i just need to go to two more experiments to get my three hours worth.

and...that was basically my day. i went back to the apartment and like, took a nap. it was a weird nap. i fell asleep while watching mtv and like, i started dreaming that i was watching tv in bed. it was so bizarre. parts of the tv shows that were actually on showed up in my dream but morphed somehow...so when i woke up, still watching tv in bed, i felt all twilight zone-ish. weeeeeird....

anyway....i'm going to go try to do my vietnamese homework. don't really want to...blah. i'm having a bad hair day. oh well. bye.
