last night, i dreamt that i was playing volleyball with the characters from saved by the bell. slater, screech, jessie, and lisa were all on my team. which doesn't really make any sense since that would mean only kelly and zack were on the other team, but then again, playing volleyball with the gang from saved by the bell doesn't really make any sense in the first place. anyway, slater and i were trying to teach jessie and lisa to block while the only thing screech did was duck any time the ball came near him. he was utterly useless. slater and i got fed up. but it was a pretty fun game.
you know, i feel like these scarves i'm making are all really ugly and will make bad gifts. so... if you receive a scarf from me for christmas, i'm going to take this time to apologize beforehand and say that i really had no idea they would turn out like this and now it's too late for me to do anything. just know that knitting all these scarves slowly drove me insane. so in every scarf is a little piece of my sanity. and really, what other gift has that? this is priceless.
i THINK i am done christmas shopping. i'm not really certain about one person. i need a second opinion. which i will get later. or i will just say screw it all and give up. the christmas crowds have really frightened this seasoned shopaholic.
another reason i love jen (yes, i do realize my blog is starting to turn into a jen love-fest): she is the only person who would tell me practically the entire story behind "the count of monte cristo" just to connect it to martha stewart. it makes no sense whatsoever, but that's jen for you.
