back in san diego.

caravaned down with chris. had we not gotten lost (*points at chris* her fault) - in the bay area, no less - we would have made it in record time. left around 11 in the morning, but spent a good hour lost. finally left the bay area around noon. made it to my house in san diego around 730. not bad. drive was long and boring as usual. almost thought i was getting pulled over by a cop though. we were on the 5, and he was behind me with his lights flashing. i freaked out and kind of froze, not knowing what to do. i started thinking all sorts of wild and crazy things. finally, i just moved over to the right lane and he drove on past me. he continued doing this to all the other drivers as well. i don't know where he was going, but he scared the crap out of me and christina (who was a little farther ahead than me).

anyway. i am back now. my stuff is all over my room. way too lazy to unpack. but i know i've gotta at least get out my pajamas and some toiletries. boo. i so don't want to do anything. of course, the first thing i did once i was back in sd was set up my computer. ;D and then caught up with melissa for like an hour or something.

hmm... missed a few days in between new years and now. so let's see...

friday - ice skating at night. little scary at first as i stepped out onto the ice and thought to myself, "oh crap, i forgot how to skate." the ice sucked too, but i was a little better after skating around some more.

saturday - went shopping at stoneridge with deb and then japanese food for dinner with everyone. deb gave me flowers!! i think that girl secretly has a thing for me. first she gives me a sexy red lingerie type top, lacy pink underwear, and perfume for my birthday and now she gives me a big bouquet of flowers. yup, she wants me. ;D they were white tulips. i took like, four pictures of them. after dinner, we hung out at chi's place and played cranium and the name game. i was...tim? i don't know. i just know that i like to say "joanna" a lot. :) then it was home so i could finish packing and get some sleep.

that brings us to today. i am happy. :)
