happy chinese/vietnamese/lots-of-other-asian-nationalities/lunar new year! chuc mung nam moi! gung hay fat choy! (i think i misspelled that.) felice anno nuovo!! yeah okay, so i don't think italians celebrate the lunar new year, but it's just another way of saying happy new year in a language other than english. :)

i miss vietnamese food. QUALITY vietnamese food. and i miss my parents. :( surprisingly, i don't miss my direct tv quite so much. am i becoming less materialistic? *pause* naaahh...i still want the red envelopes! unfortunately, i won't be able to get them till like spring break since my parents don't want to mail cash down. so it's like getting your christmas gifts like more than a month later. oh well.

it's the year of the horse. and i'm a dog. and my mom is a snake and my dad is a dragon and a lot of my cousins are monkeys and pigs and roosters.
