jo + mandingo!

jo was the shocked recipient of a rather exuberant lap dance from mandingo, one of the fine chocolate chippendales. i must say, that was the absolute best part of last night. sorry jo. i know i probably would've been just as freaked out as you were if it had been me. but it wasn't. so i was just amused. last night, we (me, deb, jacq, ha, jo, david, and tim) went to glas kat in san francisco for dinner and dancing. well, that's what we intended to do. a day or two before, we found out that it was chocolate chippendales night. so after a very yummy (and discounted; thanks jacq!) dinner, we sat around talking and digesting. then we headed downstairs to the dance floor and waited...and waited...and waited. i was getting tired so i just wanted the strippers to hurry up and perform. the show was definitely and experience. it was quite wild, rowdy, and raunchy. that's all i can say. one of the strippers, mandingo, went around the crowd and surprised jo with a lap dance. poor girl. but amusing for us, nonetheless. (sorry again.) the same one came around again later and leaned over our table and started flicking his pierced tongue at us. well, not us so much as the very large black woman behind us. hahaha, i felt jacq leaning over towards me like crazy. we left shortly after the show because tim and jo didn't feel so well. it's okay though because i enjoyed my dinner (mmm....spareribs) even though i felt uncomfortably full afterwards and the chocolate chippendales were definitely an experience (i know i keep saying that, but i don't know what else to say about it).
