oh joy. more good news for me. i just got my retainer today. :-/ well, actually, i should say that i just received them in the mail from my parents today (i actually asked them to send it to me). i've actually had my retainer since the 8th grade since that's when i got my braces off, but i haven't worn them in like YEARS. and at my last dentist appointment, my dentist told me that it would probably be a good idea to start wearing them again since it looks like my teeth are starting to move back and actually, i agree with him, i've been noticing that too. so i asked my parents to send me my retainer because i do NOT want braces again. *shudder* i'm already ugly enough to begin with; i don't need crooked teeth or braces to help me out in the ugly factor. but since i haven't worn my retainer in a long time, it is going to hurt like a bitch. oh what joy. yeah yeah yeah, it's my own fault for not wearing it in a long time.
