me: i wrote a poem in italian.

me: no.
sanaz: oh, come on, you can't say you wrote a poem and not let me read it.
me: well, when you tell me you finish your chem homework, i don't ask you to read it.
sanaz: [pause] you're a bitch.

okay, so the first news report i heard was a little mistaken. the alleged incident actually occurred 23 years ago so i wasn't even born when it happened. but the ick factor totally went up when i read this article.

(are they talking about that convent called dominican sisters or something next to ohlone? cuz that's the only convent i know in fremont.)

yeah, i haven't blogged in a while and i need to update (fusion, lecture on love, etc.) but i just heard some disturbing news.

if you've been watching/reading/listening to the news, you know that lately, a lot of catholic priests have been accused of molesting boys that attend their church. i was watching the news just now and the latest priest to be accused of molestation was a priest at santa paula - the church i used to go to. i had my first confession, first communion, and confirmation at santa paula. i don't recognize the name of the accused priest, but they said that the alleged incident occurred 15 years ago, so i only would've been four years old. i wasn't even living in fremont when i was four too, so yeah. but ugh, it gives me such an icky feeling. *shudders* gross.

anyway, gotta go work out with mel now. will update blog later.
