and my head is still spinning. stupid zonga.

OOOOHHH!! alias season 2 dvd set coming out in december!! woohoo!! the first season is coming out in september. ooooh...i'm going to be having a nice winter break. ;D

oh, and in other exciting alias-related news: jennifer garner, victor garber, and lena olin were all nominated for emmys!! jennifer for best actress in a drama series, victor for best supporting actor in a drama series, and lena for best supporting actress in a drama series. the whole spy family was nominated! how cool is that? only bad thing is that alias wasn't nominated for best drama series while crap like west wing and six feet under are still getting nominated. oh well. i will still be glued to my television set come emmy time.

ooooohhh.... v. sore and v. tired. but it's a good kind of sore and tired. the i-had-a-long-but-really-nice-and-fun-day kind of sore and tired.

went to six flags marine world with debra, david, tim, and mike. had to wake up super early this morning, but it's okay. i wasn't too tired during the day except towards the end when everyone else was getting tired and our feet felt like bricks. it was a surprisingly nice day. not the scorcher we all expected. sunny and warm, but with cool breezes every now and then. and i slathered on that sunscreen so i don't see any hints of a sunburn...yet. *knocks on wood*

we went on a couple of small rides and a couple of big rides and saw a couple animal shows too. i think my favorite ride was the monkey business one which is just like the teacups at disneyland. mike, david, and tim went insane with the steering and we ended up spinning like crazy all over the place. and while walking around the park and waiting in lines, i improved my punching technique thanks to mike and tim. ;D unfortunately for them, they were the targets. well...i was one too, but i could take it since there was no power to their pitifully puny punches. ;)

and now i am home. sore and tired, but happy. :)

ohmygod. i drove my mother's celica today. it was scary. it goes so fast.

so i know i've only been driving for a little over a week now, but i'm already quite tired of it. maybe it's because i've been driving 2-3 hours each day, every single day, for over a week.

my driving instructor (who happens to live quite close to me) has already called me three different names - sherry, cherry, and terry. and then we went down cherry ave and he just couldn't shut up. "har har har...cherry's on cherry ave! har har har!!"

i don't like how quiet it is around our neighborhood. because it just makes it that much worse when my mother and the driving instructor converse. it's like they're speaking in a stadium with all the mics turned up. and they just keep getting louder and louder and louder. TALK AT NORMAL VOLUME, YOU FREAKS!! i don't understand how people can't control the volume of their own voices. it's not as if either one of them is deaf or has hearing problems. and the volume just keeps increasing. good god...

i feel sorry for the other drivers on the road. oh well.
